Annual service charge budgets are prepared and presented to clients in the period preceding the new service charge year. On approval, demands are sent one month prior to the sums falling due. Process

  • Regular cost benchmarking to achieve the right balance of cost and quality.
  • Approve, raise and send service charge demands a month before sums fall due.
  • Efficient arrears collection service.
  • Report service charge expenditure via monthly and quarterly statements and produce annual reconciliations within 6 months of year end.
  • All expenditure is checked by the dedicated property manager and is subject to Director approval, a process tightly controlled by our financial management software.
  • Credit control system efficiency monitored and reported on collection system.
